Bonnie Cates is a Lead Consultant for Educational Resources, Inc. She holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education respectfully from Georgia Southern University at Statesboro, Georgia. Bonnie also has Master Degrees in Special Education and Reading from Troy State University.

Jo's experience with multiple DI programs began as a special education teacher, and eventually led to her being a DI team leader, and a DI Facilitator at Bell Elementary (Tulsa Public Schools). She has taught students in grades K - 12. Since retiring from TPS in 2001, she began training Direct Instruction programs and coaching teachers across the country. Jo lives in Tulsa, OK with her husband Mike and their two schnauzers, Katie and Gracie. She enjoys vacationing in warm, sunny places and spending time with family and friends

Kim attended the University of AR at Monticello and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education. After teaching for several years, she became a sales consultant for the SRA-McGraw Hill book publishing company, later becoming an independent educational consultant, with a focus in Direct Instruction. Kim is currently working as a Lead Consultant for Educational Resources, Inc.

Linda received her undergraduate degree in elementary education from Oswego State College and a master’s degree in special education from Buffalo State College. She taught for 34 years in upstate New York, using DI programs for most of those years. Linda has worked as a DI trainer and coach for over 20 years.
|Mary Detscher - Decatur, Georgia|
Mary received her undergraduate degree and master’s degree at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, in the area of Special Education. She taught for 17 years, implementing several DI programs, before being trained by Carolyn Schneider to coach teachers. She worked for SRA as a consultant for a couple of years and then came on with ERI, working as a Lead Consultant.
